Transfer cancellations must be submitted 3 hours prior to pickup time to avoid a full charge. 

Airport transfers have a cap time. Transfers exceeding cap times roll over to hourly charges. Tarmac waits, baggage waits, traffic, and social disturbances are a few of the incidents which may cause a journey to exceed a cap time.

Cancellations under 3 hours will be billed late cancel in full.

Hourly bookings cancelled under 24 hours will be billed late cancel in full . 

Book Boutique reserves the right to add wait time when a chauffeur must wait at an airport due to tarmac and baggage wait time that exceeds 60 minutes. Wait time begins on wheels down, not gate time.

No smoking of any kind is permitted in our vehicles, but our guests may request a 15 minute pit stop along the route.

Extra stop charges accrue when a stop takes longer than 15 minutes on an airport transfer, or take the chauffeur more than a mile off his fastest chosen route.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. There is a sanitation and cleaning fee of 350.00.

It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof or hang out the windows.

Book Boutique is not responsible for delays, or ride termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, flooding, storms, earthquakes, rioting, accidents, etc.).

Book Boutique is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Sedan service will be billed at an SUV rate if there are more 3 passengers and or more than 4 bags.

Chauffuer has the right to terminate a journey if a guest behaves in such a manner as to jeopardize the integrity of the vehicle, or the safety of the chauffeur, or another guest This is includes, smoking, fighting, loud arguments, abusive language, kicking or punching, spitting, throwing anything out the window, or anything else the chauffeur deems unbecoming of a luxury passenger.
